March 7, 2025 - First Friday Fellowship at Sanctuary Church - Game Night - Classic Games, New Memories!
At Sanctuary Church, this month’s First Friday Fellowship was a blast!
It wasn’t just an evening of entertainment - it was a night of fellowship, memories, and pure joy, reminding everyone why community matters.
The room buzzed with energy during the basketball games, cheering on players and celebrating each shot. The four corners game had children challenging adults, giggling as they tried to guess the winning spot.
Our Pastor and our Steward Members took a trip down memory lane with a game of old-school jacks, the tiny silver stars bouncing across the table because no one wanted to take to the floor like they did back in the 80s.
Meanwhile while the sound of ping pong paddles smacking balls filled the air, as our youth held intense matches played out between siblings and friends.
In one corner, a fierce JENGA battle was underway, players holding their breath as they carefully slid wooden blocks from the towering stack.
Across the room, kids and adults alike were locked in a thrilling game of tic-tac-toe, strategizing the X’s and O’s.
No matter where you turned, there was something for everyone - competition, laughter, and most importantly, togetherness.

Easter Celebration (April-2025)
April 20, 2025 - Easter Celebration at Sanctuary Church – A New Beginning
Sanctuary Church was filled with joy, love, and renewed faith as we celebrated the resurrection of our Savior during our Easter Sunday service, themed “A New Beginning” based on 2 Corinthians 5:17. From heartfelt worship to powerful moments of reflection, the presence of God was truly felt throughout the celebration.
The service began with dynamic praise and worship, followed by a powerful Easter message from Pastor George D. Martin, Jr.
One of the most beautiful highlights of the day was the baptism ceremony, where six Steward Members publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ. It was a powerful and emotional moment.
Another huge moment was the children’s choir debut… it was spectacular.
We are deeply thankful to every volunteer, attendee, and guest who helped make this Easter celebration meaningful. The spirit of hope, restoration, and fellowship was on full display, and we can’t wait to see what God continues to do in the lives of those who joined us.
He is Risen—and so are we!
